State Chief Secretary Shri SP Goyal reviewed the Janasunwai portal, flood relief and every house tricolor campaign etc. and gave necessary guidelines to all the mandalayas and district magistrates through video conferencing. In his address, the Chief Secretary has given strict instructions for timely and quality disposal of complaints received on Jansunwai portal. He said that special attention should be paid to its quality along with timely disposal of complaints. Positively disposal of rules and demands, which do not contain the financial subscriber, should be disposed of. Complaints received against an officer should be investigated at least one level with a high officer and action should be taken against the concerned if the complaint is found correct.
He also said that after conducting the disposal report presented by the subordinate officer, the proceedings of special clos should be taken only. At the district level, ADM, Additional Magistrate, ASP, DCP and other officers should be nominated to check the quality of the report. Priority should be given to the satisfaction of the complainant and action should be taken against the concerned if found to be flawed special close.
He has instructed all the District Magistrates and Senior Police Officers to conduct self -testing of 20 percent of all the special closes of June and July 2025 and divide the remaining cases between ADM and ASP level officials and send a clear report within 15 days.
He instructed to work with sensitivity in flood affected areas. He said that regular monitoring of flood affected areas should be done. Food grains and lunch packets should be distributed in flood affected areas as required. The crop damage during the flood should be assessed rapidly, so that the compensation can be sent to the farmers soon. Cleanliness campaign should be conducted in areas where the water level has decreased.
During the review of the Agrostac, he instructed to complete the work of geo-referenceing of the remaining 13 percent villages soon. He also said that by running the campaign, the proceedings of PM Kisan verification should be completed before 31 August. Progress should also be brought in Farmer Registry Registration work.
He said that the third phase of every house tricolor campaign has started from today. Educational institutions, government buildings, business establishments, offices, barriers, bridges etc. should be published from August 13 to 15, 2025 with tricolor lighting. The buildings that have fasting lighting can be converted to the tricolor theme. Volunteers should be activated and uploaded maximum number of selfies on every house tricolor portal. A grand program of Independence Day should be organized on 15 August in every government schools.
It was informed in the meeting that out of 1,08,835, 95,692 grams of geo references have been done, the process of reference to 13 percent of the villages is moving. Agriculture Production Commissioner Mr. Deepak Kumar, Principal Secretary Women and Child Development Mrs. Leena Johri, Principal Secretary Planning Mr. Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary Tourism Mr. Mukesh Kumar Meshram, Principal Secretary Higher Education Shri Mohit Aggarwal, Principal Secretary Agriculture Shri Ravindra and senior officials of the concerned departments were present in the meeting.
