Punjabi gangs terror in America: FBI arrested 8 Indian gangsters

Police and FBI have arrested 8 people of Indian origin in San Joquin County in the state of California, USA. They are accused of kidnapping a local person and torturing him for hours naked and then making money. According to investigative agencies, it is involved in murder and weapons cases not only in the US but also in India. The gangster of this gang of arrested people is being described as Pavittar Singh, who is also wanted in India in many cases including murder in Batala, Punjab. The FBI said that the network of this gang extends to America, India and Canada.

Sheriff Patrick Withro said that he was informed of the matter on 21 June. After investigation, on July 11, the joint Swat team of FBI, Stockton Police, Manteka Police and County Sheriff Office conducted raids and took action at five places simultaneously. During this period, $ 15,000 cash was recovered in machine guns, assault rifles and roof vents. Police said that this gang has serious allegations such as kidnapping, extortion, torture, illegal weapons, threatening witnesses, truck hijacking, smuggling of weapons and drugs and political violence in India. Other members of this gang are Dilpreet Singh, Sarabjit Singh, Grataj Singh, Amritpal Singh, Vishal Singh, Arshpreet Singh and Manpreet Randhawa.

The FBI said that six accused have been detained separately by the immigration department. Now FBI is preparing for further legal action and potential extradition with India and Canada. County District Attorney Ron Freetus said in a press conference that all the eight accused have been accused of gang and may be life imprisonment, without bail. Sheriff said, “These people are animals, they have no value of human life.” Police and FBI have appealed to the Indian-American community living in America that if someone demands extortion or threat from them, immediate information on the secret helpline
