PAC jawan dies on tower duty in UP, police feared suicide

A jawan, who was doing duty on Saturday morning at the monitoring tower number one in the Central Ordnance Store of the 11th Corps PAC, died after being shot. The jawan is shot three bullets. Superintendent of Police Ankur Aggarwal has expressed apprehension of suicide. A special investigation team has been set up to get to the bottom of the incident.

Shivraj Singh, son of Himanshu Singh son of Ishwardeva village of Bachharayun police station in Amroha district, went to duty at the surveillance tower on Saturday morning. Shortly after handling the duty, there was a sound of firing from the tower. Other PAC soldiers ran towards the tower.

Himanshu was lying on the occasion. INSAS rifle was lying nearby. He was rushed to the district hospital, where he was declared dead. Superintendent of Police Ankur Aggarwal investigated the site of the incident along with the field unit.
Worship in temple before going on duty

Himanshu worshiped at the PAC temple before going on duty. It is being told that he was sitting with folded hands in front of God for a long time. There is a discussion that he did not worship for so long. At first glance, the episode seems to be of suicide. The field unit has collected facts from the incident site. The special investigation team will investigate the case.
