Mental cruelty refuses husband’s doubt and relationship: High court accepted the basis of divorce

The Bombay High Court said in a divorce case on Friday- if the wife refuses her husband’s physical relationship. Then if she suspects her to have a relationship with another woman, it will be considered cruelty. Such a situation is a valid basis of divorce.
Justice Revathi Mohite Dera and Justice Neela Gokhale justified the Pune Family Court’s divorce decision. Also dismissed the petition challenging the divorce of the woman. The woman demanded that her husband be ordered to give her a monthly alimony of 1 lakh rupees every month.
Now understand the whole matter… Actually, the couple got married in 2013. The next year, both were separated since December 2014. The husband had applied for divorce on the basis of cruelty in the family court in 2015, which was approved.
The wife had challenged the decision of the Family Court in the High Court and also demanded a living allowance of Rs 1 lakh per month from her husband.
Wife bid- I love husband, husband said- The woman accused of infidelity said in her petition- My in-laws harassed me, but still I love my husband and do not want divorce.
The husband said in his petition that the wife denied physical relations and made allegations of infidelity. Also embarrassed in front of family, friends and employees. The husband also said that the wife had left her and went to her maternal home.
The court said in the judgment- there is no possibility of reconciliation in marriage now. The basis of husband’s divorce is legally justified. Therefore, the wife’s petition is dismissed.
The Bombay High Court granted bail to a 22 -year -old youth who has been jailed for 3 years on charges of rape from a minor on April 14. The bench of Justice Milind Jadhav said that the 15 -year -old minor knew what she was doing, she also knew the results.
