The CBI has got a big success in the case of a murder in Saudi Arabia. The CBI has arrested the absconding accused for 26 years after killing in Saudi Arabia. The accused has been identified as Mohammad Dilshad, who is alleged to have killed a person in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, October 1999 and has been absconding since then. In April 2022, a local prosecution case was registered by the CBI on the request of Saudi Arabia officials. Under which she was taking action.
What was the matter?
Accused Mohammad Dilshad used to work in Saudi Arabia. He is alleged to have killed a person in the complex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he was working as a heavy motor mechanic cum security guard. Accused Dilshad is also accused that he had fled to India after committing the murder and since then he was not known anything.
Loc opened against accused
After the local prosecution case was registered, the CBI discovered the ancestral village of the accused. A case was registered at a police station in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh and a lookout circular (LOC) was also issued against accused Mohammad Dilshad. However, even after the LoC was released, the accused remained out of the grip.
Was traveling abroad by creating a separate identity
During the investigation, it was found that the accused Mohammad Dilshad was roaming around making a separate identity. Through this identity, he used to travel to many countries like Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. On the basis of different technical clues and human intelligence information, the new passport of accused Mohammad Dilshad was detected. After which again another LoC was opened against him. He was arrested on 11 August at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi.
Please tell that the age of accused Mohammad Dilshad is about 52 years old. He is a mechanic of heavy vehicles. He is working in a Saudi Arabian company before being caught. On August 14, Dilshad was arrested and sent to judicial custody. The investigation of this case is going on.
