The world-famous American motorcycle manufacturer Harley-Davidson is now preparing to enter the budget segment for premium bikes. The company is soon going to launch a new motorcycle “Sprint”, which is specially designed keeping in mind the new and young riders.
Sprint may be the cheapest Harley bike ever
According to reports, the possible price of this new Harley bike can be around $ 6,000 (about 5 lakh rupees). If this price is fixed, it will be Harley-Davidson’s most affordable bike ever. The company has developed a new architecture (engineering platform) for this bike, which will also be used for many other new models in the coming time. With this step, Harley will not only enter a new segment, but will also be able to target customers who want to buy branded bikes for the first time.
This is not the first time Harley-Davidson has tried to strengthen its grip in the market with a low price bike. Earlier, the company launched an entry-level bike named Street 750 for emerging markets like India, which was manufactured in India itself. However, this bike could not live up to expectations and the company had to close it. Now Harley-Davidson is once again trying to attract the budget range customers through “Sprint”.
When will the first glimpse of Sprint be?
According to reports, Harley-Davidson will showcase his new bike for the first time at the 2025 EICMA motorcycle show. A few weeks later, its global debut will also be made. If everything goes on according to the plan, Sprint can bring a big change in the history of Harley-Davidson and can give the company a new identity in the budget bike segment.
