Employment Mahakumbh is being organized from 26 to 28 August in Indira Gandhi Foundation Lucknow. In this, more than 50 thousand youth will get employment opportunities. Companies from India and abroad will participate in it. For its publicity, on Monday, Labor and Employment Minister Anil Rajbhar sent the employment chariot in front of Vidhan Bhavan, which will go to different districts and provide information about the employment Mahakumbh to the youth.

While sending the chariot, the minister said that the intention of the government is to provide employment to every youth. For this purpose, Employment Mahakumbh is being organized. Registration of more than one lakh youth is expected in this. Employment Mahakumbh will provide more than fifteen thousand international opportunities, including placements in countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Japan and Germany. At the same time, more than 35 thousand domestic jobs will be given in IT, manufacturing, service and emerging industries.
Principal Secretary Labor and Employment Dr. MK Shanmuga Sundaram informed that global employers, industry leaders and job seekers will come on a platform in Employment Mahakumbh. More than 10 thousand offer letters will be released on the spot, of which more than two thousand will be of foreign placements. The AI Training Pavilion and Employment and Skill Exhibition will be the main attractions. There will be a focus on digital skills and AI based job preparations here.

Apart from this, the Chief Minister will get information about self -employment schemes at the youth stall and the startups of the state will present their innovation. Future employment markets and skill strategies will be discussed in the national conference organized in collaboration with The Economic Times. He also informed that the Employment Department has recently sent 5978 construction workers to Israel.

At the same time, new vacancies of nurse and caregiver have come in Germany, Japan and Israel, which will get salary up to one and a half lakh rupees. The state government has also created a Uttar Pradesh Employment Mission to provide employment to the youth national and international level. Special Secretary Nilesh Kumar, Director Employment Neha Prakash, Pooja Yadav and departmental officers were present on the occasion.
