Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a big attack on Samajwadi Party (SP). He said that before 2017, corruption and nepotism dominated the recruitments in the state. During that time, money transaction, dialect and discrimination made the future of the youth bleak.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was addressing the appointment letter distribution program of 1,494 assistant operators selected in the UP Police Telecom Department held at Indira Gandhi Foundation. During this, the CM distributed appointment letters to several selected candidates with his own hands.

He said that before 2017, riots, anarchy, hooliganism and terrorist incidents increased and there was an atmosphere of insecurity in the public. Sometimes there were attacks in the courts of Ayodhya, Kashi and Lucknow and sometimes terrorist attacks. During this, CRPF Camp Rampur was also targeted. At the same time, in the year 2017, big steps were taken to make the recruitment process transparent and fair in the year 2017.

He said that the Police Recruitment Board was strengthened. The result of this is that Uttar Pradesh ranks first among the most police recruitment and government jobs in the entire country. So far, our government has provided government jobs to eight and a half lakh youth, which is the largest figure in the whole country. Chief Minister Yogi said that the historical changes that have taken place in the police recruitment process in the state after the year 2017 are not just the story of data, but have become a symbol of a new identity, security and faith. Since the year 2017, more than 2 lakh 17 thousand 500 personnel have been recruited fair and transparent in Uttar Pradesh Police, which is the biggest figure in the country.

He said that in the year 2017, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP government was formed in the state, then the first work was done to strengthen the recruitment board. It was decided that if someone plays with the future of the youth, the responsibility would be fixed. Today, the recruitment process of Uttar Pradesh has become Nazir in the whole country. CM said that investment also increased after transparency in the recruitment process, which will provide employment opportunities in their district itself. Not the same, Uttar Pradesh has emerged as the fastest emerging economy in the country with the help of outsourcing, technology and policy-making.

The Chief Minister said that when the first recruitment was done in the year 2017-18, the training capacity was very limited, but now the training of 60,244 police personnel in the state is being arranged in the training institutes of Uttar Pradesh Police itself. Earlier, where only 3,000 personnel could be trained, today the same number has reached 60 thousand. He said that now the highest and better building in any district is the barrack of the police. In 10 districts of the state, where there was no police line, new police lines and headquarters have been set up.

The government of double engine implemented the police commissionerate system pending from the year 1971-72. So far 7 new police commissioners have been made, which has increased both modernity and accountability in policing.

Yogi said that today the Uttar Pradesh Police has become a model force, which is becoming a riot -free, anarchy -free and safe state. He said that the example of the sensitivity and readiness of the police force was seen in an event like Mahakumbh, where the dedication and behavior of the police made it successful. He reminded the police force that the public is not only his work, but also on their behavior.

At the same time, to ensure the participation of women in the police department, 20 percent reservation has been made in the police force. Under this, about 300 daughters have been selected out of 1,494 candidates selected in the telecom department. At the same time, this number will be increased in the coming time.

Chief Minister Yeegi said that it has been decided to give 20 percent reservation to Agniveer in the police department of Uttar Pradesh. This will allow trained and disciplined youth to become part of the police force. Praising the outstanding works of the Department of Telecommunications in Mahakumbh, the CM said that the communication system is the backbone of any police force. The responsibility of communication and telecom police in the state with a population of 25 crores is not less. He appreciated the better performance of the Telecom Police during Kumbh and described technology as an essential part of policing.
