Online registrations for the purchase of 322 plots in Sector-1 in the first phase of Atalpuram Township, which is going to develop in Kakua and Bhandai, Gwalior Highway, Agra, will start from Friday. Preparations were completed in ADA on Wednesday.

Applications for plot procurement will be accepted only online. There will be registrations on ADA’s website www.adaagra.org.in and public interest portal https://janhit.upda.in. For registration, 10 percent amount of brochure fee and plot value will have to be deposited in general category, 5 percent in reserved category. ADA Vice President M Arunmoli informed that the lottery draw will open after receiving the application. The plot will be allotted through lottery draw only. Registrations of Sector-2 and 3 will be opened after Sector-1. At present, only residential plots will be sold.
