Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Monday heard their problems from various districts through ‘Janata Darshan’ at their camp office, 7-Kalidas Marg, Lucknow and heard their problems and gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officials to ensure quick, effective and justified solutions.

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya heard the personal and public problems of many hundred people from various districts of the state carefully during the Janata Darshan program and gave clear instructions to the concerned departmental officers for their quick and effective disposal.

A large number of men, women, old people and youth were present in the public darshan, who directly presented their problems to the Deputy Chief Minister. In most cases, land disputes, revenue related issues, medical assistance, pension, housing, road, electricity-water problems, police action related, education and employment are related to education and employment.
Maurya said that the public darshan is a medium of dialogue with the common man, which brings the ground reality. He directed the officials that there should not be any laxity or negligence in the solution of public problems. He also clarified that in cases where necessary, inspection should be done on the spot and provided time -bound relief to the victims.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that the needy and eligible people should get a lot of benefits of every possible government facilities. He also said that the government is fully committed to the good of the general public and public interest is paramount.
Maurya assured the attendees that the government would take all possible steps to solve their problems and no victims return disappointed – this is the priority of the state government.

Maurya assured the complainants who came to the public darshan and said that every problem of every person will be diagnosed with every possible problem. He instructed the officials to resolve the problem of every complaint quickly and satisfied. Instructed that the problems should be fully resolved and the accountability of the concerned should be fixed for solving the problems. Instructed that time -bound disposal of public problems should be ensured. Negligence should not be done at any level. He said that cases of oppression, illegal occupation on land should be resolved with great seriousness and sensitivity and where needed, strict action should be taken.

During the public hearing, he listened to the problem of each person seriously and instructed the officials concerned to resolve the problems. He assured the complainants that they should not be disturbed, problems will also be solved, facilities provided by the government will also be available. He has also instructed the officials concerned that the problems should be resolved in such a way that the troubled person should be completely satisfied and they do not have to wander again and do not have to revolve again and again. He heard the problems and complaints of women, disabled people, elderly etc. and gave them necessary guidelines to diagnose the officials concerned on a priority basis.

People from different districts in the public darshan kept their problems. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya gave proper guidelines while negotiating from the high administrative and police officers and high officials of the government on the telephone.
In most of the cases related to land, he instructed the concerned District Magistrates that a joint team of officers and employees of Revenue and Police Department should be sent on the spot and meaningful resolution should be provided.
