The Central Government is going to make some necessary changes in the Motor Vehicle Act. To improve road safety through these changes and strictly implement the rules. Especially there is a preparation to clamp down on such people, who take out the car without insurance.

So far, if someone is caught driving without an insurance, then for the first time a fine of Rs 2,000 and again Rs 4,000. But now this rule is going to change. If you are caught for the first time under the new rule, you may have to pay a fine of the basic premium amount of insurance up to three times. At the same time, on doing so again, a fine will have to be paid up to five times. The government wants that the number of vehicles without insurance on the roads should be reduced so that compensation can be easily received in the event of any accident.

Rules will also be clear regarding speed limit

Right now there is a lot of confusion about the speed limit in the country. Many times the central and state governments implement separate rules, so that people do not understand where to drive at the speed. Many times the challan is unknowingly cut.

According to the new system, now the central government will have the right to set the speed limit on the National Highway and Expressway, while the state governments will set the speed limit of the state highway and local roads. This will make it easier for the drivers to know and will also protect from unnecessary invoice.

Driving license rules will also be strict

Now new rules have also come regarding driving licenseAre you If someone is caught in a serious crime like speeding or driving driving, then he will have to give a driving test before renewing the license again.

The proposal of all these changes has been sent by the Ministry of Road Transport to other ministries and departments so that everyone can get opinion. After receiving all the suggestions, it will be sent to the cabinet. As soon as the cabinet approval, these new rules will be implemented all over the country.
