It must have happened to you at some time or the other, despite paying someone through UPI, the person in front has not received payment. If yes, and you don’t know exactly what to do in such a situation, then tell you that you are the right place. In fact, despite the UPI coming into the trend for a long time, people are not clear what to do in the case of getting stuck due to technical reasons for digital payment? When the UPI payment cut from the account is not received in his bank, it is bound to be tension. However, instead of taking tension in any such situation, the steps mentioned below should be followed.
See the status of payment in the app
Whenever you make UPI payment through a payment app and do not receive the money to the front, you should go to the app and look at the status of your payment, the app with which you had made that payment. If the status of the payment there is showing successful, then you should wait 30 to 60 minutes. Once the payment is successfully completed, the front should get payment in an hour. If the status of the payment is unsuccessful for some reason, then there is nothing to worry about. It is sometimes caused by technical flaws that the payment is stuck in the middle. Such payments reach your account immediately or in 24 hours.
The status of payment is seen?
If you see the status of your payment in the payment app, pending instead of successful or unsexesful, then you should wait to change that status. Actually pending status means that the payment is still in the process and in such a situation it can be anything successful or unceasically. Once the status of the payment is cleared, you can think about what to do next.
Complain in app
If you do not get the payment back or in front of the front, then you should file a complaint in that app. Almost all apps have a system of filing this complaint. If you do not get any solution from the app even after 24 hours of filing a complaint, then you can move towards the next step.
Contact the bank
If you do not get the payment for more than 24 hours, you should contact your bank’s customer service center. There you can file a complaint with your transaction ID. The bank will have to return your money in the next 30 days and if the bank is unable to do so, then you can deliver your complaint to RBI. The RBI not only gets the entire money back in such cases, but also imposes a fine on banks.
