Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has made a big announcement and prepared to launch its first high-speed electric bike in the market. According to reports, this much awaited bike will be introduced on 2 September 2025. It is considered to be Honda’s most advanced and powerful electric bike ever, with a range of up to 399 km and top speed of 120 km per hour.
Revolutionary change in battery and charging capacity
This electric bike will be provided with large capacity batteries that will come with fast charging support. The company claims that this battery will be fully charged in only 2 hours and the bike can run for about 400 kilometers once full charge. With this capacity, this electric bike of Honda looks one step ahead of existing electric bikes in the country.
Strong speed and powerful motor
According to the report, this new electric bike of Honda will be given a very powerful motor. This bike is capable of catching a speed of 40 kilometers per hour in just 2.77 seconds and its maximum speed is said to be 120 kilometers per hour. This performance can be considered excellent in terms of both the city and the highway.
Long list of features includes hi -tech technology
Honda is going to offer state -of -the -art features in this electric bike. It will include high -tech features such as four driving modes, Bluetooth application connectivity, USB charging port, and the most special self -balanced control system. These features can technically make this bike better than other market bikes.
Price and Possible Launch Timeline
While the official announcement has not yet been made by the company regarding the launch date, the reports are expected to be unveiled on 2 September 2025. Talking about the price, this bike can be available between ₹ 1.30 lakh to ₹ 1.50 lakh. At this price, this bike will compete in premium electric two-wheeler category.
